    Legal realism informs this particularized call for court reform. I argue for situating the discourse on our country's broken TRIAL courts. The discussion features a foretaste of a large case dataset/rap sheet that shows how rotten it's gotten, as first presented in May 2021 at the Tulsa Law Review's courageous symposium during the centennial observances of the Greenwood race riot that rocked Tulsa and destroyed a Black beacon.

    Fewer than one-half of one percent (0.5%) of active attorneys in the United States will receive standing among America’s Top 100 Civil Defense Litigators® — truly the most exclusive and elite level of civil-defense litigators in the profession, according to Kevin Wieser, Membership Director.

    “Our firm’s national civil-rights practice has grown mightily in recent years, and we are so proud that our best work for worthy defendants is being honored,” said Attorney Jones, whose Washington-based Amos Jones Law Firm celebrated its ten-year anniversary this month. “We have added to our capacities an Associate and Of Counsel who have positioned us to start defending disadvantaged minority-owned businesses or municipalities that find themselves on the receiving ends of shysty so-called reverse-discrimination claims, contractual breaches where the breaching party had the nerve to go after them, and other dubious and destructive tactics dishonoring truth and righteousness.”

    The Firm recently succeeded in dismissing a seven-figure federal class-action lawsuit brought by several rightfully terminated employees against a Black-owned startup in a matter of days and previously served as counsel to a major East Coast municipality accused in a federal lawsuit by white police officers of discrimination following promotions of African-American policemen. Jones also served on a successful team representing Howard University in civil-litigation defense in federal court prior to opening Amos Jones Law Firm. The Firm also helps corporate clients implement “front-end best practices to prevent big problems down the road,” Attorney Jones explained.
